Robb Schaefer

Robb Schaefer is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the packaging industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Amcor since June 2019. Previously, Robb held various leadership roles at Bemis Company, Inc., including Director of Business Development, Vice President of Sales, and Director of Marketing. Robb also served as Vice President of Sales at ASG Worldwide, where strategic growth initiatives were implemented across multiple packaging markets. Acknowledged for leadership capabilities, Robb was the Executive Vice President of Flexible Packaging at Coating Excellence International, managing a team to expand market presence. Robb's extensive career includes positions at Alcan Packaging and Pechiney Plastic Packaging, where marketing and sales strategy development were key responsibilities. Robb holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
