Rochele Edquila is a senior leader in Human Resources with extensive experience across automotive manufacturing, sales and distribution, power management, and packaging industries. They have held significant positions, including Senior Manager of HRBP/Plant HR at Concepcion Durables Inc. and HRM/Head of HR for Eaton's PQ PH Plant. Rochele's early career included roles as an Inventory Control Engineer at Hitachi and various human resources positions at Ford Motor Company.
