Earlier experience includes roles as Country General Manager at Avery Dennison and Global Manufacturing Head at Essel Group, where Joseph spearheaded manufacturing and supply chain functions on a global scale. An engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Technology and a Master's in Business Administration, Joseph has a robust foundation in management and engineering, complemented by advanced education from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
