Sandra Romero

Sandra Romero, PHR, EMBA, currently serves as an IT Applications Specialist at Amcor since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as an HRMS Analyst Sr at Plexus Corp. from April 2022 to April 2023 and spent seven years at Schreiber Foods as an HR Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included serving as the Lead Security Administrator for Workday HCM. Earlier in Sandra's career, a significant role as Benefits Specialist at Goodwill NCW involved managing the benefits strategy and overseeing the Open Enrollment Process for over 1500 team members. Sandra holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
