Stephanie Ernsting

Stephanie Ernsting is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Shared Services for North America at Amcor since June 2019, overseeing a team that supports over 13,000 employees across multiple business groups. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Director of HR Shared Services at Amcor, contributing to the integration of legacy Bemis and Amcor teams. Prior experience includes roles at Bemis Company, Inc., where Stephanie led Global Business Services and directed Payroll and Global Mobility. Stephanie began a career in finance at Rockwell Collins, where various positions included Payroll Manager and Manager of Air Transport Systems Financial Planning and Analysis. Stephanie holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
