Thomas Wehrle

Thomas Wehrle has a strong background in engineering and maintenance. Most recently, they served as the Head of Engineering & Maintenance at Amcor starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Engineering at Amcor from February 2020 to July 2020. Before joining Amcor, Thomas worked at Bühler Group where they held various roles including Team Manager Engineering from January 2017 to January 2020, Head of Engineering from April 2013 to December 2016, Team Leader Engineering from September 2006 to March 2013, and Engineering Project Manager from June 2004 to August 2006. Thomas began their career at Müller Martini Buchbindesysteme GmbH and held positions such as R&D Manager from January 1998 to May 2004, Design Engineer from September 1995 to December 1997, Mechanical Engineer from May 1992 to August 1995, and Apprentice Mechanical Engineer from April 1988 to April 1992.

Thomas Wehrle received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from STS Schaffhauser Techniker-Schule from 1993 to 1996. Thomas also completed an Executive Master's degree in Project Management from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern from 2001 to 2003.
