Tom Muellenbach

Tom Muellenbach is an experienced finance and IT professional currently serving as the ERP IT Finance Director at Amcor since May 2025, following the merger with Berry. Prior experience includes a similar role at Berry Global, where responsibilities involved leading teams in ERP finance and compliance initiatives. Tom's background also includes a transition role at JC Ford Company during its relocation, and significant tenure at Franke Foodservice Systems, where responsibilities spanned from CFO to head of IT process management. Earlier roles included financial management functions at Xerox and RWE, as well as an analytical position at McKinsey & Company. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance, IT, and HR from Universität Passau, complemented by a leadership program at IMD.
