Wayne Gosling is a seasoned professional in operations and quality management with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Currently serving as Program Manager of operations for strategic projects at Amcor since July 2022, Wayne previously held the title of Operations Manager for strategic projects at Amcor Flexibles from December 2018 to July 2022. His earlier roles include Plant General Manager at AF Ledbury, Global BU Quality Manager for Snacks & Confectionery at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa, Quality/Technical Manager at Amcor Evesham, Plant Manager and Head of Quality at PJS Mouldings Ltd, Senior Quality Engineer at Chamberlin & Hill, and Principal Process Engineer at Cosworth Technology. Wayne's educational background includes degrees in Metallurgy from Birmingham University and a further qualification from the University of St.Gallen.
