Yogesh Pethkar

Yogesh Pethkar is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Amcor since July 2021, Yogesh oversees the P&L for multiple plants in India, focusing on safety, quality, and sustainability. Prior to this role, Yogesh held significant positions at Asian Paints, including General Manager of Manufacturing and Factory Head for various plants, where achievements include spearheading labor unionization, enhancing operational efficiency through kaizen initiatives, and optimizing cost performance. Yogesh's career also includes roles at Cummins India Ltd., GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, Britannia Industries Limited, and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Academically, Yogesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology.
