Zachary Bailey is the Director and Senior Counsel for M&A at Amcor, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as an Associate at Goodwin from 2021 to 2024 and were a Law Clerk and Larry Thompson Legal Fellow at PepsiCo in 2016. Zachary has diverse experience in operations and legislative assistance, having worked for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association in 2013 and served as Deputy Finance Director and Personal Aide for Gregg for Governor in 2012. They hold a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2015-2018) and a Master’s Degree in Public Finance & Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington (2013-2015).
