Wouter Jansen is an experienced consultant at AMCS Group, where since May 2018, expertise has been applied to implement cloud-based planning software solutions for the waste industry, focusing on long-term route optimization and real-time fleet optimization to enhance planning quality. Prior to this role, Wouter served as a graduate intern at TNT from January to September 2017, contributing to research in network revenue management that informed a master's thesis, and interned at FrieslandCampina in the summer of 2016, where involvement in the FORWARDS project team aimed to improve the Enterprise Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) model.
