Chloe Pearce is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Amdaris. Prior roles include Associate Talent Partner positions at both Elements Talent Consultancy and Spotify, as well as Senior Recruitment Consultant roles at SR2 and Lawrence Harvey. Chloe possesses a Master of Science in Neuropsychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from Bath Spa University.
