Roxana Rusu

Roxana Rusu is currently a Senior Agile Delivery Lead at Amdaris, where they lead software development teams, facilitate Scrum events, and manage project progress using Agile metrics. Prior to this role, they served as Associate Director for Client Services in Europe at Toluna, overseeing project management operations and client relationships. Roxana began their career in marketing, working as a Marketing Coordinator and Associate at Metaltim. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Communication from Politehnica University of Timisoara.
