Martin Crossed has worked in various roles in the recruitment field since 2003. martin began their career at LCC International Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, followed by a role as Sr. Technical Recruiter at Nextdayfunding.com in 2006. In 2007, they moved to Systems Assessment & Research, Inc. as a Sr. Recruiter, and then to PKW & Associates Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter in 2008. In 2009, they returned to Systems Assessment & Research, Inc. as a Sr. Recruiter and then moved to Technology Service Corp. in 2010, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they changed roles to become the Sales & Marketing Manager at Capital Property Recovery, and in 2015 they moved to AMDEX Corporation, where they currently work as a Sr. Recruiter.

Martin Crossed attended Prince George's Community College from 1978 to 1981, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.
