Alegra Kilstein

Alegra Kilstein is the Global Chief Information Officer at Amdocs. Alegra has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and has been with Amdocs for over 10 years. Alegra has held various positions at Amdocs, including VP - Head of Global Support Business Unit and Customer Experience Group, VP - Head of Portfolio Management and Process engineering, and Head of Delivery Operations and Program Management. Prior to Amdocs, they were the CIO and Head of IT at Teledata Networks / ADC.

Alegra Kilstein received a BSC in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Alegra then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tel Aviv University. Alegra has also completed a leadership program at Harvard Business School.

Alegra Kilstein reports to Shuky Sheffer, President & CEO. They work with Matthew Smith - Secretary of Amdocs Limited, Raman Abrol - GM & Chief Commercial Officer, and Rajat Raheja - Division President, Amdocs Development Center India.
