Aya Ben-Amos

Aya Ben-Amos possesses extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and policy advocacy. Currently serving as HR M&A Lead at Amdocs, Aya leads global merger and acquisition activities, shaping people strategies and managing post-merger integration. Previously, Aya held the role of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager and CSR Manager for APAC at Amdocs, focusing on establishing inclusivity practices and community relations. As Director of Joint Venture at the Office of the President of Israel, Aya directed collaborative initiatives involving government and NGOs while overseeing a significant budget. Additional roles include Poly Advocacy Director at The Abraham Fund Initiatives and News Producer with The Associated Press, demonstrating a strong background in communication and public advocacy. Aya earned an M.A. in Conflict Research from The Hebrew University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the same institution.
