Ayala Alon

Ayala Alon is an experienced Learning Instructional Designer at Amdocs since August 2022. Previously, Ayala held various roles in the Israel Defense Forces, including Liaison Officer, Head of Department, and Deputy Department Head of Recruiting and Training, as well as serving as Head of the Military College of Behavioral Sciences from January 2020 to July 2022. Ayala also worked as a Human Resources and Salary Coordinator at Yedioth Aharonot from September 2013 to April 2016, before becoming the Head of Training Department at Yedioth Ahronoth group from May 2016 to December 2019. Ayala's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
