Boris Mints is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector with a strong background in service delivery and solution architecture. Currently serving as Group Operations Partner at Amdocs since July 2019, Boris previously held key roles such as Service Delivery Manager at TCS for Saipem and Service Delivery Team Manager at Xura, overseeing customer operations across EMEA and Russia. Boris's career also includes significant contributions at Acision and LogicaCMG as a Solution Architect, where responsibilities included the design, development, and integration of various telecom solutions.
