Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco is a Solution Manager with over twenty years of experience in telecommunications systems and applications. They have worked for Amdocs, where their roles included managing solution integration and implementation for various projects such as A1, NET, and Claro Puerto Rico. Previously, Carlos held positions including Billing Business Analyst and Senior Group Lead, where they were responsible for coordinating business analysis activities and leading development teams. Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de São Carlos and holds a Digital Learning Certification completed in December 2019.
