Colleen Reilly is an experienced project manager and technical writer with a strong background in the telecommunications and software industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Amdocs since July 2015, Colleen ensures timely project delivery within budget constraints. Before this, Colleen held positions as a Technical Writer at Amdocs, CEI America at Comcast, RSI Content Solutions, TechLink Systems at Radian, and Micro Focus, where responsibilities included creating documentation and managing the conversion of deliverables to DITA. Additionally, Colleen served as President of the Society for Technical Communication - Austin Chapter, managing a diverse group of members. Colleen earned a B.A. in English from California State University, Long Beach.
