David Schwarz

David Schwarz has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director and Line Manager of RM Amdocs Product Support at Amdocs since February 2010. In this role, David leads multiple global product support teams, overseeing Tier 1 (Analysis) and Tier 2 (Engineering) support functions. Prior to Amdocs, David held various positions at Technical Support e from July 2004 to February 2010, culminating as a Technical Support Engineer Expert after serving as a Technical Support Manager and in Development & Scoping roles.
