Ed Hart

Ed Hart is an experienced program manager with a career spanning over four decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently, Ed serves as a Program Manager at Amdocs since March 2002, overseeing Managed Services for a major provider of video, Internet, and telephony services, ensuring SLA compliance and budget management. Ed has held various leadership roles at Amdocs, including Director of Program Management, focusing on innovative telecom solutions, and Director of Customer Engagement, managing customer relationships and delivery activities. Prior experience includes a directorship at Telcordia Technologies from 1998 to 2001 and a similar role at Verizon Communications from 1980 to 1998. Ed earned an MBA from LIU Post in 1997.
