Ercan Uzel

Ercan Uzel has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with Amdocs since June 2001, where roles include Service Partner and Director of Customer Operations for the Cricket Wireless account, as well as various senior infrastructure positions focused on Oracle DBA and production integration. Prior to Amdocs, Ercan worked as a Graduate Public Service Intern at the Illinois Department of Human Services, providing management information systems support. Ercan holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield, complemented by foundational studies in Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University.
