Erik Negron has worked in IT and technology since 1999, beginning as an NT Systems Administrator in the Netherlands. After relocating to Ireland, Erik progressed through various roles at O2 Communications, ultimately serving as a Senior Service Support Analyst and later as a Service Support Line Manager. From 2010 to 2015, Erik held the position of Service Delivery Manager at IBM for Telefonica O2/Three, before moving to Tech Mahindra in the same capacity until 2019. Currently, Erik is a Service Delivery Manager at Amdocs, focusing on service management and IT operations.
