Gilad Doron

Gilad Doron currently serves as the VP of HR and Head of the Global Talent Organization at Amdocs, overseeing all talent-related processes, including Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Attraction, Acquisition, and Learning and Development. Prior roles include VP of HR for Amdocs Global Services, managing HR for a workforce of 20,000 employees, and VP of Global Talent at Orbotech, where Gilad led Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition teams. Experience at Intel Corporation spanned various roles including Corporate Global Sourcing Channels Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities included managing talent marketing strategies and HR for the Israel site. Gilad holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Tel Aviv University.
