Harvinder Ghai

Harvinder Ghai is currently the Regional Director of Product Support at Amdocs, where they manage teams to provide operational support for network functions in the EMEA region. Previously, they served as the Client Services Director at Amdocs, overseeing operations and program management. Harvinder has a wealth of experience in technical support and account management, having worked with major telecommunications clients like Vodafone and T-Mobile across various positions at companies such as Comverse and Mavenir. They hold a B.Tech. in Telecommunications from Amravati University and completed a Senior Management Program in Strategic Business Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
