Hessel Frederiks

Hessel Frederiks is currently the Group Leader of CRM/TIBCO Operations at Amdocs, a position held since 2013. Prior to this role, Hessel worked as a CRM AM Manager for the Vodafone account at HP Enterprise Services from 2011 to 2013, as an Application Maintenance Specialist at Electronic Data Systems from 2007 to 2011, and as a Technical Application Specialist at Vodafone from 2002 to 2007. Hessel earned multiple Bachelor's degrees from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and Hogeschool Zuyd in fields including communication, project management, information technology, accountancy, marketing, logistics, and facility management between 1995 and 2001.
