Hila Shilman

Hila Shilman has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Amdocs from September 2017 to December 2020 in various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Services Lead. Prior to Amdocs, Hila served in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2008 to December 2014 in an HR capacity. Hila also pursued education in organizational and social psychology at Bar-Ilan University, receiving a Master of Arts degree in January 2014. Additionally, Hila participated in the HR Leadership Lab at QUATRO Leadership Lab in early 2023.
