Hili Shtein

Hili Shtein is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in AI, data platforms, and machine learning. Currently serving as Chief Architect for AI & Data Platform at Amdocs since October 2016, Hili leads the architecture team for the company's Generative AI Framework. Previously, as Chief Architect & Head of Machine Learning at Pontis from January 2013 to September 2016, Hili spearheaded the product evolution incorporating advanced machine learning techniques and transformed the company’s R&D into a Hadoop-based Big Data architecture. Hili also co-founded Globe-U, contributing expert strategic and operational services, and held a VP position at Adamind where a Professional Services Organization was established. Hili’s career began at Amdocs, where multiple roles were held from 1988 to 2005, culminating as PSO Director and R&D Manager. Hili holds a BA in Business Administration from the College of Management, ISR, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
