With a consulting background, they have extensive experience in pre-sales, design, and implementation, particularly in OSS and network solutions. Previously, Joel held roles at several firms, including PwC Consulting and Alcatel-Lucent, contributing to significant telecom projects across various domains. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from The University of Birmingham.
