Jonathan Ramos

Jonathan Ramos is a Corporate Programs Manager and Site Lead at Amdocs, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, corporate programs, and business growth. They have developed employee engagement initiatives that significantly improved retention and engagement scores, directed business continuity programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, and launched innovative onboarding programs. Prior to Amdocs, Jonathan held leadership roles in Hewlett-Packard and Procter & Gamble, where they drove operational excellence and implemented transformative IT methodologies. Jonathan is currently attending the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
