Limor Benderly possesses extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational development. At Amdocs, Limor held several senior roles, including Director of Leadership Development & Senior Talent Management, where a holistic approach to the leadership pipeline was implemented. Additional responsibilities included driving HR strategy as HR Director for Asia Pacific and managing employee engagement initiatives. Limor has also served as Global Head of Organizational Development, Leadership, and Learning at Nova Measuring Instruments, focusing on organizational capacities and rebranding. Currently, Limor is the Head of Leadership, OD, and Learning at NICE Ltd. Limor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
