Mark Reef

Mark Reef has extensive experience at Amdocs, where responsibilities have evolved from Infrastructure Manager to Head of Service Delivery since joining in 2001. As Head of Service Delivery, Mark has played a key role in establishing the Emerging Services business unit, leading its growth from 30 to over 500 professionals across diverse sectors including Cyber Security and 5G Networking. Past roles included managing end-to-end software delivery under SAFe methodology as Service Delivery Director, and overseeing customer relationships as Director/Customer Success Manager. Mark's leadership has emphasized customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and the establishment of effective communication channels within teams. Mark's educational background includes studies at Tel Aviv University and Yigal Alon.
