Mary Tsilov

Mary Tsilov is currently a Product Strategy Manager at Amdocs, where they lead new product initiatives for the Amdocs IntelligenceONE solutions. With over six years of experience in product and program management, they have a strong background in digital customer experiences, including expertise in chatbots and instant messaging platforms. Prior to their current role, Mary served as a Product Manager and Customer Success Lead at Servicefriend and held various positions in business development, sales, and marketing at Amdocs and Kol-Ram. Mary earned both an M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.Sc. in Life Science and Genetics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
