Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is the current Secretary of Amdocs Limited. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst for CIBC from April 2001 to April 2006. In this role, they were responsible for initiating coverage of the Flat Panel Display and IT Hardware sectors, including Corning, LG Philips, IBM, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Seagate and Western Digital. Matthew was also a member of the Semiconductor Capital Equipment team with responsibility for financial modeling, report writing, client marketing, non-deal roadshows and frequent site visits to Korea, Taiwan, Japan and broader Asia region. From April 2006 to August 2012, they worked as Research Director for AI Capital Management, LLC where they managed the equity research team to generate actionable trading recommendations across multiple sectors. Matthew has also worked as an Equity Analyst Associate for Eyres Reed Limited from September 1993 to March 2001.

Matthew Smith has a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment from the Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA) and a bachelor's degree in economics and financial management from Curtin University.
