Moti Pinhas

Moti Pinhas currently serves as the Head of the agentic AI office at Amdocs, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Moti was self-employed as an Executive Consultant in Product Engineering, providing strategic guidance and technology due diligence for M&A processes since August 2018. Moti held the role of VP R&D at Global-e from September 2024 to November 2025 and served as Chief Technology Officer at MalamTeam from November 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included founding the CTO office and overseeing corporate innovation and strategic relationships. Moti's experience also includes a COO position at Sightec, managing R&D and delivery for an AI-driven startup, and an extensive tenure at Amdocs, culminating in roles such as CTO and VP of Product & R&D, with a focus on disruptive technologies and enterprise product catalogs. Moti holds an executive training degree in Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
