Natalia Borodets is an experienced HR and OD specialist with over 15 years of expertise in strategic people initiatives, transformative change, and executive coaching. Previously, they served as an Organizational Consultant in the Mamda IDF Behavioral Sciences Department, where they led organizational assessments and advised on strategy, and as the Head of Performance Evaluation Section, managing employee evaluation processes and systems. Currently, Natalia is a Senior Organizational & Leadership Development Manager for the Israeli Navy, designing leadership programs and supervising a team of consultants, while also serving as an HR Partner at Amdocs. They hold an MA in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Psychology and Communication from Tel Aviv University.
