Neelam Dhanani

Neelam Dhanani is an accomplished UX/UI Principal at Amdocs since March 2020, also serving as the UX Competency Head at Hitachi Vantara since October 2018. With a strong foundation in user experience and design, Neelam has held various leadership roles, including Heading Experience Design at REAN Cloud and Usability Expert at Amdocs. Previous experience includes positions as User Experience Design Consultant at Extentia Information Technology, Usability Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Project Lead and Information Architect at Mahindra Satyam Computer Services Limited, and UX Execution Lead at BMC Software. Early career includes roles as Web Producer and Graphic Designer, showcasing a diverse range of skills in the field. Neelam has received training from Human Factors International, further enhancing expertise in user-centered design.
