Nikki D. is a seasoned marketing professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Director of Regional & Strategic Account Marketing at Amdocs since February 2003. Throughout tenure at Amdocs, Nikki has held various leadership positions, including Head of Partner Marketing, Head of EMEA Marketing, and Director of Corporate Programs & Global ABM Lead, demonstrating extensive expertise in managing customer advocacy initiatives and launching successful marketing programs across EMEA and APAC. Prior roles include HR Manager and Recruitment Manager at Clarify and Recruitment Consultant at Xansa. Nikki holds a BA Hons in Sport Science & Management from the University of Staffordshire and an ITSMA Account-Based Marketing Certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
