Nikolas Sofias

Nikolas Sofias is a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer specializing in building and deploying machine learning algorithms and pipelines. Currently an AI/ML Engineer at NN, they previously held roles as a Machine Learning Engineer at Amdocs and as a Data Scientist at CORE Innovation, where they participated in Horizon 2020 Projects focused on advanced ML/DL pipelines and optimization algorithms. They also worked as a Data Scientist at HOLISTIC, researching machine learning applications in the energy sector. Nikolas holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Modeling in Modern Technologies and Financial Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
