Om Bansal has an extensive background in software engineering and application support, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Amdocs since May 2012. In this role, Om oversees Managed Services Operations for AT&T, managing production support, automation, quality improvements, release coordination, and standardization for over 280 applications. Prior to Amdocs, Om worked as an Infrastructure Lead at Accenture from February 1999 to April 2012 and served as a Research Associate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from September 1994 to February 1999. Om holds a Post Doctoral Fellowship from the University of Oxford and completed a B.Sc., M.S., and Ph.D. in Microbiology at Delhi University.
