Rafi Shaki

Rafi Shaki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Amdocs since 2011, Rafi has been integral in the design, development, and delivery of applications, overseeing the entire application lifecycle and leading large teams during customer training. Prior experience includes roles as Service Manager at Mel & Michelle, where Rafi maintained high service standards and managed a team under pressure, as well as Head of Israeli Delegation at URJ Camp George, focusing on program development for campers and working with children with developmental challenges. Rafi's background also includes leadership as a Group Leader at Dafna avocado plantations and a Sergeant Major Tank Commander in the Israeli Defense Force, demonstrating strong capabilities in operational management and teamwork in high-stress environments.
