Rahul Srivastava

Rahul Srivastava is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Regional Rewards Lead for India and Asia Pacific at Amdocs since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of Compensation and Benefits at CRISIL Limited, Manager of Performance, Policy & Total Rewards at KEC International Ltd., and Consultant for Group Rewards at Jardine Lloyd Thompson. In the latter position, Rahul contributed to the establishment of standardized total rewards practices across group operating companies. Additionally, experience as Assistant Manager at FIS involved overseeing various compensation-related processes.
