Rahul Trivedi

Rahul Trivedi is an experienced professional in the field of customer service and software development, currently serving as a Customer Service Executive and Service Partner at Amdocs since July 2006, where responsibilities include heading Managed Services and project deliveries for Vodafone Ireland. Trivedi has held several key leadership positions at Amdocs, such as Software Engineering Line Manager for the APAC region, Development Director, Project Manager, and Group Leader, overseeing significant projects and teams, particularly for Telkomsel in Indonesia. Previously, Trivedi contributed as a Senior Subject Matter Expert in both onshore and offshore capacities, enhancing project deliveries in the Rating/Charging domain. Rahul Trivedi holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University, a Master of Computer Applications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
