Raya Rafly

Raya Rafly is a high-achieving professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in program management, pre-sales, test management, and deployment management, particularly in large telecommunications BSS implementation programs valued at over $1 billion. They have worked in multi-cultural and global environments across the NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. Raya held various roles at Amdocs, including Director - Consulting Principal Lead, where they manage program and business services for APAC and EMEA and oversee significant IT and business transformation programs. Prior to Amdocs, they were a consultant at BearingPoint from 2000 to 2005 and contributed to major CRM transformation programs in Indonesia. Raya earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
