Raz Niederman

Raz Niederman has extensive experience in pre-sales and technical consulting, primarily with Amdocs since 1997. In the current role as Head of Pre-Sales for Amdocs Financial Services, Raz leads end-to-end pre-sales activities, significantly enhancing sales efficiency and managing costs. Previously, as Head of APAC Pre-Sales, Raz contributed to a 250% growth in bookings, managed a global team, and developed strategic business activities. Other roles include Director of Customer Satisfaction and Head of OSS Professional Services, where Raz maximized customer value and managed large technical teams. Raz began a career at First International Bank of Israel as a Business Processes Analyst and holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University.
