Richard Harris is the Head of RAN R&D, leading management and software development teams in the Mobile Telco industry. They built, delivered, and managed large-scale enterprise solutions for over 70 global customers, leveraging a broad range of technologies from Oracle to Big Data frameworks. Previously, Richard served as Development Director at Amdocs, where they focused on Network Analytics solutions, and held leadership positions at Actix. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia.
