Robert A. Minicucci

Robert A. Minicucci has been chairman of the Board of Directors of Amdocs since 2011 and a director of since 1997. He joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) in 1993, where he served as a general partner and continues to serve as general partner for certain of the WCAS limited partnerships. At WCAS Mr. Minicucci has focused on the information and business services industry and until 2003, investment partnerships affiliated with WCAS had been among our largest shareholders. Earlier in his career, he served for 12 years with Lehman Brothers (and its predecessors) until his resignation as a managing director in 1991. Mr. Minicucci is also a director of one other publicly-held company: Alliance Data Systems, Inc., and several private companies.
