Ron Surets is the Vice President and Head of Product Management at Amdocs, where they leverage extensive experience in managing high-tech products and services. With a proven track record in product management, they have excelled in bringing customer experiences to life while leading complex global projects. Ron previously held various roles at Amdocs, including Business Analyst and Director of Product Management, and served as a Business Solutions Manager at Orantech-Technologies Ltd. They also contribute as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
