Saar Marom

Saar Marom is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in information technology, primarily at Amdocs since January 2001. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Systems, Saar leads a global team of approximately 50 employees, overseeing the entire development lifecycle within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previous roles include Business Intelligence Manager, where Saar managed the development and operations of a large-scale BI system, and Business Intelligence Team Lead, where the corporate Data Warehouse was established. Saar's background also includes positions as a Senior Software Development Engineer and Business Intelligence Analyst. Prior to Amdocs, Saar worked as a Management Consultant at Tefen, contributing to client strategic goals. Saar holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
